Engineering Affiliated Student Organization Application

Registered student organizations who want to be considered for Engineering affiliation must complete this application form. Engineering affiliation status provides a variety of benefits to student organizations including the ability to apply for funding, reserve rooms on North Campus, and receive support from the Engineering Center for Student Organizations.

The data provided in this form is used to justify additional funding, space, and other resources for CoE student organizations. As such, please provide accurate information, including an up-to-date membership list.

Please note that completing this form does NOT guarantee that you will receive affiliation status. Once the application is submitted, you will be contacted via email by the Engineering Center for Student Organizations regarding your organization's application decision.
